Wheaton Seeks Candidates for the Wessner Chair of Biblical Studies
Wheaton College announces search for candidates for the Wessner Chair of Biblical Studies. Does this mean the Greg Beale, my former NT Professor during my time at Gordon-Conwell, is leaving Wheaton?
Biblical & Theological Studies/Grad Theological Studies — Wessner Chair Of Biblical Studies
WHEATON COLLEGE (IL) seeks candidates for the Wessner Chair of Biblical Studies. This endowed position is a full time, tenure-track appointment to begin in August 2010. The successful candidate will have a Ph.D., evidence of outstanding teaching, and a distinguished record of research and scholarship in New Testament studies. The position involves mentoring doctoral students, teaching doctoral seminars and playing a leading role in the master's program in biblical exegesis. Teaching load involves 12 semester hours per year.
