Swamped - that's how I feel since I returned to the seminary yesterday after having been away for 10 days. So much to catch up - meeting to attend (we are in the process of finalising the new Doctor of Ministry programme), papers to mark, finalising the Greece study tour, etc....
But I am still hopeful that I will get my brief reflection on the Romans Symposium out soon.

Have a good rest, Kar Yong. I wish you well in your preparations and forthcoming trip to Greece. Of one these days I hope to visit Rome, Greece, Turkey and of course Jerusalem. I have dreamed of standing in the gates of Jerusalem and atop Mount Olives looking down the Temple Mount for more than a quarter of a century.
Thanks, Tony, for the wishes. Anthony Loke, my collegue, is planning for a trip to Israel next year!
I don't see you in the picture. Where are you?
Hi Alex,
I think he is being buried underneath the stack of papers :)
No lah -- don't you see his finger sticking out there yelling for help?!
BTW, absolutely love the picture. Can I ask where you got it from?
Hi Alex, Sze Zeng and Pearlie,
I think Sze Zeng is right - I am buried underneath the paper!! And this causes my raised BP, until my docotr advises me to rest...
And I don't even want to mention who is that "woman" sitting there in my life at the moment, making sure I get all my things done!
Hi Pearlie,
I googled and found the picture - Loved it too! Just a perfect one describing my life at the moment.... Haha
Get a good rest, KY. Hope you have enough each day.
That woman must be your 'lilith'...scary...
Hi JW,
Thanks - for all you know, that scary woman may even be ME....no thanks for not being able to say NO to all the demands in ministry (be it academically related or church related)...hahaha
Oh dear ... I hope it is just you in drags and nothing more. Hahaha.
