Armour of God Pyjamas!

I have just come across this website selling the Armour of God pyjamas. Currently, online orders are only available in the US.

Hmm...wonder when will this pyjamas be made available in Malaysia? It sure makes me wish I am a kid again - perhaps I could have less nightmares!

Wonder what's next? Armour of God bed linens & quilts? Any creative mind out there?

Hmm ... I am not too sure about this. I mean it is a good idea and as the lady said they are excellent as symbols to remind but kids are quite literal and they might end up being a talismans. Either that or I am being overly sensitive.

haha, hopefully the kids are not forced to wear medieval age armour ala crusaders.

I heard of some "intercessors" in Malaysia having this ritual of putting on the armour through a series of hand movements imagining as if the pieces are real.

Hi Pearlie,

Same thought here - I wonder whether this kind of practice is tantamount to being superstitious. What is the difference then between wearing a PJs like this and wearing a talismans?

Hi KL,
Who knows, someone may be creative to come out with a armour of God mattress, lines, quilts, and .... you name it.

Hi Alex,

I don't know whether Paul would laugh or cry

Isnt the purpose of religion and the authentic religious life to enable one to stand completely naked and vulnerable before, or in the presence of God?

What then of armour?
