Another Busy Week Ahead....
Even with the D Min module on Advanced Hermeneutics and Homiletics behind me now, there is still no rest for the wicked budding NT scholar!
For the upcoming week, I still have the Palm Sunday and Good Friday sermons (including a script for a skit for Good Friday) to prepare. With whatever remaining time I can find (apart from the regular teaching responsibilities), I need to complete 3 papers to be submitted to the Evangelical Free Church Malaysia Ordination Committee by April 11 for their deliberation. My ordination interview and examination is now scheduled on April 25.
I am looking forward to my vacation during the semester break in May.

Hi sir, what are the main text books you prescribed for your "advance hermenuetics"?
maybe I could have a glimse of such course...
I did not use a main text book, but compiled an almost 1000-page reader, drawing from various sources! There is no one single textbook that deals with all the more recent approaches to biblical interpretation that I covered in the course
Be careful of overwork. There is only one Messiah - Jesus Christ! :-)
wow. all the best on your ordination preparation... happy easter.
Hi Paul,
Haha - I know I am not a Messiah - but STM keeps loading stuff on me....
Hi Florence,
Thanks for the wishes.
Happy Easter to you too!
Hi sir, how i wish I be able to purchase your 1000 page reader...actually, reader, contains much essence and info...
and biblical interpretation is the field I am very much interested in..
I am actually doing "blind man reading",via buying books on-line
Davinci,
If you are really keen, a copy of the reader can be made available for you. Drop me a note at my email: karyong@stm.edu.my
